With a background as an English Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher, Admin, and Events Organizer, she brings a diverse set of skills to our team. But her passion truly lies in the world of photography, as she’s always ready to lend a hand capturing those precious moments.

If you’ve ever interacted with our timekeepers, chances are she was the friendly voice on the other end. Her exceptional communication skills and attention to detail ensure that every client has a seamless experience.

Our photographers have a mixture of 5-15 years experience within the industry.

Anyone can take some photos & videos, but only professional photographers spend hours to polish the photos and edit your videos after your session. They have the software, professional equipment and the skills to edit your photos & videos and create masterpieces.

They don’t only have a camera. They have all the equipment needed.

Do not be surprised if they show up with van full of cases with lighting gear, camera gear, backdrops, drones and a rolling editing station. We have invested a little fortune in our photography equipment, and our photographers know how to use every single piece to make their photos stunning.

If we have no back to back jobs, you are welcome to add on extra hours on the day. Please check with the crew members on the day.

Photographer $220+GST/hr
Videographer $240+GST/hr
Extra Crew Members (Second Shooters) $160+GST/hr

This really depends on you and your wedding day! We are more than happy to arrange a meeting/appointment to go through your day schedule with you to figure out how many hours you’d need our services for

We organise and schedule our crew members to jobs.

Please note, we do not usually allow clients to choose as we choose the crew member most suitable for the clients, puting into consideration their personality, the clients personality, venue and/or availablity.

As you can image, one photographer can not be at two places at the same time.

This would ensure our lead photographer can focus on capturing moments of the newly wed while the second photographer can focus on the family and guests.

Our team have worked together for many years and cooperate very well together, we only need one eye contact to know where one should be and get out of each others way.

You definitely can! However, we highly recommend hiring them both from us as our team members have worked together for years and understand each other and how they work.

This would ensure we are able to capture the right moments and be at the right place at the right time with just an eye contact. We also get out of each others way so we are not in each others shoots.

We do highly recommend having 2 videographers as this would ensure more angles are captured and therefore more highlight angles provided.

Our lead videographer mainly focuses on the bride and the groom with occassional glimpses of family and friends. Having an additional videographer it would be that they could focus on the family and friends and capture the moment where the bride and the brides mother both have tears in their eyes.

You’d have one videographer following the bridal party for location shoot and the other filming family and friends mix and mingling.

For photography:
Usually within 4-6 weeks

For Videography:
We try to get them to you within 8-10 weeks! We are working the editing team as fast as we can 🙂

We usually have someone watching the weather daily and will contact you 7 days before your shoot to notify you and see if you’d like to reschedule if it’s just a small session.

IF for some reason, it was suppose to be sunny BUT suddenly started raining out of nowhere. No worries.

We will still reschedule Free of Charge (If it was just a 1-2hr session)

This does not apply for weddings or larger events (especially where more than 1 photographer/videographer is hired)

We normally at least ask for a month notice for weddings and larger events.

We are happy to reschedule if you let us know in advance, however we normally can get booked out 9 months in advance on weekends during summer.

If it is just for portrait shoots, family shoots, graduation or short sessions. We normally need to know a week beforehand.

Please note these cancellations are only for if it is not weather related.

We usually provide you with an online link through https://gallery.timekeepers.co.nz/

You will have 6 months access to it where you can view or download your photos or videos

We highly recommend you download them as soon as you get them incase time flies faster than we can comprehend.

If you do have problem accessing these, do let us know and contact us.

We normally at least ask for a month notice for weddings and larger events.

We normally charge a 50% deposit to secure the booking. 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note if a cancellation is to happen a month prior to your event date, we will keep 50% of that deposit and refund back the other 50%.

If less than 10days notice is provided then 100% of the payment will not be refunded.

The reason for this is a cancelation with less than 10 days’ notice could cause us to lose valuable time that we could be handling other sessions. It doesn’t give us enough time to re-book or find another client. Therefore, we hope you understand this situation. We are happy to reschedule if you let us know in advance, however we normally can get booked out 3 months in advance on weekends during summer.

If it is just for portrait shoots, family shoots, graduation or short sessions. We normally need to know a week beforehand.
